Tube Downloader respects intellectual property rights and responds to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How the service works

We do not host, upload or index videos. When a visitor asks for a file, our server fetches it from YouTube and prepares a temporary copy for that visitor only. Temporary files are deleted automatically within about 30 minutes.

Take-down requests

If you are a copyright owner or their agent, email aqeebuddin75@gmail.com and include:

• The exact YouTube link (URL) of the video you want blocked.
• A description of the copyrighted work and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

After we verify a request, we block that video so our service can no longer process it. Sending a false request may have legal consequences.
